I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

new law became effective on September 3, 2024, and requires a specific
form to be used for all requests. The official OPRA Request Form can be

Charlie,
Forgive my error, but I replied all, and your email was not in the string and my backups (employees) did not notice either.
Have a great day,
Matt
