Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1) Police Department record known as the "Internal Affairs Summary" (a/k/a Appendix K) for the reporting year 2025

2) Police Department record known as the "Annual Major Discipline Reporting Form" (a/k/a Appendix L) for the reporting year 2025

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. However, you may also direct me to the precise location on your agency's website where these records are available.

With respect to your latest request, the Cranbury Township Police Department responds as follows:

First, our February 4, 2026 response — which stated “See website link: https://www.cranburytownship.org/police-... Going forward keep this link as a bookmark and refresh it periodically to reflect updates” — referred you to the “Police Information / Mandatory Reporting” section of the Township website. That section of the Township website actually included a link to the CTPD’s Appendix K snapshot report.

Second, the “Police Information / Mandatory Reporting” section of the Township’s the website specifically notes: “Major Discipline 2025 (No Occurrences to Report) = 0”. As requested, the Appendix L form is now attached.
