47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request delivery is nothing.

unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to the decision by the Township of Plainsboro to deny access. At
your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court
of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council
(GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may contact
the GRC by toll-free telephone at (866) 850-0511, or by mail at PO Box
819, Trenton, NJ 08625, by e-mail at [2][email address], or at their

about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court

able to send via email as an attachment. We have exhausted all efforts to
have it seamlessly available online, as we were limited by software
capabilities. We can send a copy of the audio recording to your address,
please confirm the address where would you like the mailing to go.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
$10.00. This fee can be made via check or money order to Plainsboro
Township.

Hello Ms. Laguna,
Thanks for your response. May I suggest that the recording could be transferred using a service like WeTransfer.com or Google Drive. I've been able to use both successfully to transmit and receive files that are too large to email. Please advise if this is possible in this case. Thanks again!

Thank you for the recording. I noted that it is missing the first 7-8 minutes of the Township Committee meeting, but does include an entire session of municipal court that occurred the following morning.

Good morning Kratovil,
I have attached the Agenda of the Reorganization dated 01/02/2024. It was
noted that the recorder was not turned on at the beginning of the meeting.
The 7 minutes of the beginning of the meeting are from the 1. Call to
Order Township Clerk up to when the 7. Township Clerk Turns the meeting
over to the Elected Mayor.
