The Civil Service Commission "Commission" received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on January 25, 2025. This response to your
request is being provided to you today.

 

You made the following requests:

 

"All existing recordings of public meetings held in 2024.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments. However, I recognize that many recordings, especially
video recordings, are too large to send via email. If that is the case, I
can recommend: 1) uploading the recordings to a Google Drive folder and
sharing it with my Google account: ckratovil, or 2) using the free service
WeTransfer to send the recordings to my email address:

I am also open to other methods, including picking up a flash drive or
CD/DVD at your office, or receiving the same via US mail at our PO Box:

records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email

Upon your inquiry regarding the Commission Board meeting recordings, I
informed you during our phone conversation that these meetings are not
recorded. Nevertheless, I am committed to providing you with further
details regarding the meetings. The Commission convenes according to the

This response does not waive or limit any other rights afforded the
Commission under OPRA and the common law, which are all expressly
reserved.

 

The Open Public Records Act permits a person who believes he or she has
been improperly denied access to a government record to file a complaint
with the Government Records Council or to file an action in Superior Court
to challenge the decision and compel disclosure. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6. You
will find attached to this email the document that describes the
procedures for taking these actions.

 

Your OPRA request is now hereby deemed closed. Thank you for the

per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
