Dear Alyssa Hager,
We received a copy of this ordinance by your office - § 22-18. Records of Meetings (Environmental Commission/Shade Tree Commission). The ordinance indicates that "The Commission shall keep records of meetings and activities and shall make an annual report to the governing body."

With regard to our request made earlier this year for the Commission's 2024 meeting minutes, you had informed us that "they are not required to take minutes." Do you have any records of the 2024 meetings or activities of the Commission? What about an annual report from 2024? Please advise, thanks.
