Amendments to the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 to -13 (OPRA),
signed into law on June 5, 2024, by Gov. Phil Murphy, took effect on
September 3, 2024.
As such, our district requires you to fill out the attached OPRA Form. 
Please note that your request will be denied if you fail to fill out the
certifications and sign and date the form.
