The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 5, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your requests is April 14, 2022. This response is being provided to you today.
Your request sought access to the following:
1) Copies of all candidate petitions filed with your office for the 2022 primary election
I did not receive any petitions from the Republican Party in Middlesex Borough. I have attached the petition that I received from the Democratic Party which have not yet been certified.
