Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The names, addresses and party affiliation for everyone who voted in the 2021 NJ General Election, broken down into these categories:
- Everyone who voted by machine prior to election day (Early Voting), the date they voted, and the polling location where they voted

- Everyone (including registered Neptune City registered voters and otherwise) who voted by Vote By Mail ballot for candidates in Neptune City
