Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,

2) The names, addresses and party affiliation for everyone who voted in the 2021 NJ General Election, broken down into these categories:
- All Neptune City registered voters who voted
- Everyone who voted by machine at the Neptune City Community Center polling location on Election Day, November 2nd, per district (reflecting the specific district they voted in)

Dear Mr. Thomas:
Are you still interested in obtaining voter lists? If so, please complete and return the Voter Registration Request Form. This form covers provisions of Title 19 that OPRA doesn't address. Voter history is not yet complete in the computer system; I can send what we have and then send again when it's complete. The registered voter list as of November 2 will not be entirely accurate because of going back in time. Changes would have been made that aren't reflected on that list.

Provisional and mail-in votes are not yet finalized due to a computer
issue that will be resolved by November 29^th. I’ll run a complete list
for you then. In the meantime, attached is list of Neptune City voter
history for the 2021 General Election that is in the computer system as of
today, November 19, 2021. Also attached is a list of abbreviations and
codes that may be helpful.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I’ll be in the office
