Thank you for this email. I am confused, however, as to whether there may be some public records I am missing.
In response to this OPRA request, the schedule provided lists September 21, 2021 as scheduled meeting date for the Joint Legislative Committee on Ethical Standards. However, in a previous response — when I requested the minutes of that meeting — I was told that no such meeting occurred. Furthermore, in response to my request for
"Any recordings and/or minutes related to the September 2021 meeting of the Joint Legislative Committee of Ethical Standards," your response instructs me to visit the Legislature’s website. However, the only meeting recording available for the JLCES in 2020-21 is the June 2021 meeting. Please could you confirm that no other recordings exist and that this means that the joint committee did not meet in 2020-2021 after June 2021.

Thank you for your response. Apologies for the confusion re: June vs July. The July 20, 2021 is the only meeting available on the website following the instructions provided for the 2020-2021 session. Can you please confirm that the committee did not meet after July 20th? If it did, where can I find those meeting transcripts. At this link — https://njleg.state.nj.us/archived-media... — only one July 20, 2021 is available.
