Dear Mr. Freeman,

Thanks for the reply, however, what you sent me in the reply was for my other request (the 2022 Brielle Law Narrative). This request was for the 2021 Fire Narratives for 14-1 and 99-1, which I have yet to receive.

Yours sincerely,

Resident

Hi Mr. Freeman,

I heard back from Cynthia Scott, and I am still a little confused. Can you clear this up in regards to my pending request.

I have yet to receive this request:

"All call stats from January 1, 2021-December 31, 2021 ("Monmouth County Sheriffs Office Communications: Daily Activity Log, with Fire Narrative") including incident #, incident address, responding officers, response time, disposition and type of call for the following: 14-1 and 99-1. Please send as two separate TXT files if possible."

Ms. Scott said you responded to me that "I have been advised by our 9-1-1 Coordinator that the documents that you requested, which must be reviewed and redacted, encompass 3,398 pages. The estimated cost to review and redact those pages is approximately $1,325. Please confirm that you wish to proceed with this request before we continue to review and redact the 3,398 pages."

I told Ms. Scott that I thought that reply was about another request I had made (for the Brielle Law Narrative for all of 2022). I then amended that request (the January-August 2022 Brielle Law Narrative request and amended it to just the January 2022 Brielle Law Narrative, which you then sent.

Can you help clear up the confusion please. Are you working on getting me "All call stats from January 1, 2021-December 31, 2021 ("Monmouth County Sheriffs Office Communications: Daily Activity Log, with Fire Narrative") including incident #, incident address, responding officers, response time, disposition and type of call for the following: 14-1 and 99-1. " or is that the one you said 9-1-1 wants $1,325 to redact? If that is the case, I will withdraw the request.

Thank you,

Resident
