Please confirm your interest remains to be for police records. I believe Lt. Cononie stated he has no records identified as a synopsis of discipline cases. If you are looking for something else can you clarify what is the Major Discipline reporting form. I will ask him again as soon as you confirm the requested is still limited to police. We are currently figuring out a way to place it on our police website where it will be available for the public to see. You will see, after reviewing the form, that we have had no major discipline cases to report.
