Please confirm your interest remains to be for police records. I believe Lt. Cononie stated he has no records identified as a synopsis of discipline cases. If you are looking for something else can you clarify what is the Major Discipline reporting form. I will ask him again as soon as you confirm the requested is still limited to police.
