Please allow this email to serve as response to your request for records made to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities (League), under the Open Public Records Act and the common law, dated September 26, 2020 and received by the League on September 28, 2020, where you have requested "copies of all recordings of [League] Board meetings for the year 2020, including both audio recordings and video recordings."

Your request is denied because the League does not maintain records responsive to your request. The League has no recordings of Board meetings. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
