Dear Mr. Kravotil: 

Attached please find the sole recording of the NJSBA Board of Directors
2020 meetings, which met and was recorded on September 25, 2020. 

The BOD met on January 17, March 20, and May 8, 2020, but there are no
recordings.  NJSBA does not retain recordings of its meetings once the
meeting minutes are approved. The approved written minutes can be found on
