2020 General Election - Large Voting Centers

Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:
1) documents, memorandums, lists, spreadsheets, or other records sufficient to show the names and locations of all "large voting centers" that were open in the county for the November 3, 2020 general election
2) a complete list of the names and locations of all polling places for the 2019 general election
3) a complete list of the names and locations of all polling places for the 2020 general election
It is my understanding that, in the 2020 general election, the county did not establish the minimum 50% of the polling places that were in place for the 2019 general election, and the Board of Elections was thus required to open "large voting centers" per Executive Order #177.

Good morning Mr. Kratovil.
In response to your recent OPRA request, it will be properly addressed by
the end of this week (Friday, February 5th). Apologize for the delayed
response; however, our office has recently dealt with COVID cases in the
office and now a winter storm closure. I will be working from home today
but returning to the office tomorrow, February 3rd, and would be happy to
speak with you directly at that time. Your understanding in this matter is
greatly appreciated.
