2020 election ballot status and scanner tabulator logs

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Camden County Board of Elections should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Camden County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Seeking copy of reporting to the State Board of Elections/Secretary of State, sent within 48 hours after the closing of poll locations on November 3, 2020, inclusive of subsequent reports which included vote-by-mail ballot counting and provisional votes. Sample reports include:
(A)
1. Voting Results Reports with election judge certifications and/or affidavits.
2. On-site programming reports created by 3rd party vendor.

(B)
Copy of and all adjudication records related to the November 3, 2020 election, extending to close of final voter tally counts.

Please provide copies of Resolutions with associated Purchase Orders and any exhibits/schedules between the Board of Election and/or County Commissions regarding scanner/tabulator equipment used in the November, 2020 election. These may include software vendors purchase/lease or rental as well as software licensing/maintenance agreements.
