2020 Election ballot status
Dear Bergen County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Seeking copy of reporting to the State Board of Elections/Secretary of State, sent within 48 hours after the closing of poll locations on November 3, 2020, inclusive of subsequent reports which included vote-by-mail ballot counting and provisional votes. Sample reports include:
1. Voting Results Reports with election judge certifications and/or affidavits.
2. On-site programming reports created by 3rd party vendor.

Please clarify the exact documents you are seeking in regards to "Voting Results Reports with election judge certifications and/or affidavits" as our Election Division is unclear of what it is that you are requesting.
Please be advised that the compressed document files for request #2 are too large to email via email server. The report is ready to view, please create an account in the County’s online OPRA center at https://bergencountynj.mycusthelp.com/WE....
Once your account is created, and a request submitted, the documents can be uploaded to the online system to view. The only other alternative is receive a CD via regular mail and we will need an address to provide same.
