Complaints labelled 20-2, 20-4, 20-14, 20-18, 20-21, 20-22, 20-24, and 20-25 seem to be missing and I would like to receive those as well, if possible.

Please see the email below regarding the response to OPRA 21.03_110a. I've also attached the response that was sent for this request. Was there any information left out of the response as the requestor suggest in the email below or is this all the information we have to provide?
Also, just to clarify, I numbered the request OPRA 21.03_110a because she sent the same request just with a different email address to respond to, so OPRA 21.03_110 the response was sent to a gmail, email account which I attached as well, and OPRA 21.03_110a the response was sent to an opramachine, email account. The same information was requested in both.
