Please see the attached with the clarification you were seeking. The subject lines have been redacted since they include Personnel Information not disclosable under OPRA in accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1.1 et seq.
My understanding is there were no attachments to these e-mails, but I cc'd my liaisons at the Millville Police Department to confirm same.

Thank you for providing this information, which was helpful.
To clarify, my particular request was actually for information pertaining to the emails I was sent on December 16, 2020. On page 4 of your office's response to me on that date was a list of 21 emails which were withheld (dating between May 2016 and July 2016), and I would greatly appreciate if you could provide the following information for those emails. Namely:
1) The date and time of the email
2) The sender of the email
3) All recipients of the email
4) The subject line of the email
5) The name of any and all files attached to the email

Mr. Karan,
Lt. Hoydis, the officer over Police Records was on vacation when you initially asked for clarification and he noticed his back-up officer did not provide the details you were looking for so he submitted the attached to me to provide to you.
