The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act request 2021-170 on June 25, 2021. As such the seven
business day deadline to respond to your request is July 7, 2021.

of time until July 12, 2021.

the 10th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your request sought access to the following copies of open/closed permits;
violation notices; tax assessor card.  These records, if any, will be
transmitted via email so there is no cost associated with this request. 
The attached records from Building Department and Tax Assessor’s Office,
are being provided and are responsive to your request. The Code-Zoning
Department had no records responsive to your request.
