Good morning, Eli:
From what we were able to find, 17 Alaska Avenue in Brookwood 1 is owned by Joan Calimano. She is hooked up to both water and sewer and only has one meter which was installed in March of 2018 and Joan doesn't currently owe anything towards her water/sewer bill, she is all paid up. Please see the attached Map of the Property from our Engineering Department. Let me know if you need anything else. Have a good day.
