Good Afternoon Adam:
I received your response to the OPRA Request from the Borough regarding
your initial request on 175 Prospect Street.
I reviewed my response and I did send you the information for 175 Prospect
Street, Fort Lee. Your e-mail response received
back indicates that it is a 24 unit building. If so, the street
address for 175 Prospect St. is not the only address associated
with this building. Therefore, I would need the additional street
addresses so that I can review our files (which are filed under
street addresses) or if it is an apartment complex I would need the name
of the building associated with these 24 units.
Another way I may be able to locate the property is - if you have the
name of the Landlord or Management Company and can
provide me with same.

After numerous attempts to use the link information you forwarded to me, I was unable to open the link to obtain any information I requested of you after you advised that the information
I forwarded to you originally was incorrect. I am attaching a copy of the first time and last time where I attempted to open it to obtain the requested information i.e. building complex,
street addresses (if different) than the one provided, namely, 175 Prospect Street, Fort Lee.
After research, it was discovered that this is a 20-unit apartment complex, known as Ronell Gardens, owned by Ronell Realty LLC. but that different addresses are involved for
this property, which is the reason why I sent you the rent roll for the named property of 175 Prospect Street, Fort Lee, New Jersey.
I am attaching a Rent Roll which I have prepared for the various apartment units and street addresses covering this 20 unit apartment complex.
