RE: Planning & Zoning Dept. (5 Files) - Stored off site
In reference to your OPRA request No.19-1445, dated November 18, 2019,
there are 5 files that are stored off-site at a third party storage
facility.
To review the files at Town Hall the fee would be $135.26 (see attached)
to retrieve the files. Any photocopies would incur an additional charge.
If you would like to proceed with this request, please respond to this
email. Before we can order files you must send a check made payable to
the Township of Wayne. Once payment is received we will order your files
and advise you once they are available for review.
Please be advised that if you do not respond within a week (December 2,
2019) this request will be considered closed.
Also be advised that the Planning Dept. has no knowledge of what is
contained in these files only that pertains to the property in question on
your request form.
