As per your below OPRA request: The DVD you requested for Body Cam footage is available for pick up in the Township Clerk’s Office, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm for $0.25 or you may mail in a check in the amount of $1.34 ($1.09 for shipping) and I can mail it to you.

Please note: Redactions were made for the following:
1. N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 Criminal Investigatory Records.
2. N.J.S.A 47:1A-1 Privacy Interest.

The Brick Township Police Department has rejected the request for "any/all police reports for 139 Northrup from 11/27/2019-11/24/2019" citing that the request is overly broad and does not identify a specific government record and is therefore invalid pursuant to Mag Entertainment, LLC v Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (March 2005) and Bent v Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (October 2005) requests for "any and all" documents on a specific subject are considered overly broad.

Sincerely,
