The Brick Township Police Department has rejected the request for "any/all police reports for 139 Northrup from 11/27/2019-11/24/2019" citing that the request is overly broad and does not identify a specific government record and is therefore invalid pursuant to Mag Entertainment, LLC v Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (March 2005) and Bent v Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (October 2005) requests for "any and all" documents on a specific subject are considered overly broad.
Sincerely,
