My sincere apologies. We have been on staggered shifts during the pandemic. We are trying to do as much work as possible from home, while also coordinating with other departments who would need to be involved in gathering information for OPRA request.

Also we have a fully automated online process for submitting OPRA requests which when used puts all request immediately into a database. Unfortunately, your request unintentionally slipped through.

Reply to her and let her know that we have been working staggered shifts and it slipped through the cracks because we are fully automated online for OPRA. Yes we have flexibility. Explain that we are going to enter it in for her and then she should check her email for any responses. We have no internal audit of her OPRA, it was an error.
