• Any open and/or closed violations related to building code, fire code, zoning, (including any temporary license, etc.) issued by the Borough of Carteret in connection with the facility located at 1335 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey 07008, if available; and

• Any and all Certificates of Occupancy, open permits, and land use & ancillary approvals issued by the Borough of Carteret in connection with the facility located at 1335 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey 07008.
