Shamong Township is open, however closed to the public with our staff working staggered schedules to promote social distancing and remotely. We are doing our best to respond to OPRA request on a timely basis but may need to request an extension.
Trish in our building code office will need to pull the files necessary to respond to your request & is only in our office once a week. She will review your request next week and either provide the documents your request or request an extension if she cannot access all documents you request in a timely manner.

Do you need copies of permits or just want to know what work was done and
if a certificate was issued. If you are looking just for what was done I
can provide that today, however if you are looking for copies I won't be
in the office until Monday. Please note if you are looking for copies I
will have to count the pages, send you the cost and receive payment before
I issue the copies.
