I am writing to request an internal review of Riverside Township's handling of my OPRA request '11 Adams St & 321 Palmer St'.

Please be advised that OPRA Requests are processed according to the guidelines of the State of New Jersey, with in
seven working days beginning the day after the request is received. Holidays and weekends are excluded in the seven
day turn around time. Riverside Township is a small municipality with many offices being part-time and only working one
day a week so usually the Township needs the full seven days to fulfill any requests received.

Dear Jessica,
Once again, I apologize for the delay and the confusion. Attached, please find the property record card for 321 Palmer
Street. The Township does not have surveys. The property is public sewer. There are no open permits and no
indications of an underground oil tank.
Also, in checking the property records, there is not an address in Riverside Township for 11 Adams Street.
Your request is now deemed closed.
