Good Afternoon,

 

Attached please find the response to BOTH of your OPRA’s.  We had IT
redact the recording.  When the audio cuts out the audio was purposefully
removed as the caller and Code Officer were discussing items that could
reveal the identity of the complainant.  We are not releasing any
information that will identify who complained under OPRA exemption
47:1A-1.  This was the only material taken in for the complaint.  This
will complete these requests.
