Due to COVID-19, The Borough of Bellmawr is closed to the public until
further notice.
We are available via email/phone Monday to Thursday (closed all Fridays
until Labor Day) during 8am to 5pm (closed 45 minutes for lunch)
If any phone/email messages are left out of the dates/times above, it'll
be answered our next business day.

• If you are seeking to submit anything:
it can be mailed to us or left in the drop off bin located at the main
entrance door of Borough Hall.
**** Please be sure to note "Attn: construction" on it.****
If submitting payment for permit, please enclose a return envelope so
we can mail you your copies. 

• To schedule a UCC permit inspection, permit # must be provided. (See
our website for subcode dates/timeframes)
Please note: we cannot schedule same day inspections.

• If you need any application:
we can either mail it to you or bring it out to the main entrance door
at set time.
(all UCC forms are online, but the F170 form which must be carbon)

• Zoning Permits:
(sheds 10x10 or smaller, concrete or fences): this one page form is
available on our website.  Submit form and drawing with $25 check &
return envelope and we'll mail once approved.

• All Certificate of Occupancy's:
Once form (on our website) with $100 has been received from our
office,  please contact us via email to schedule.
See website for form and checklist.
Once inspection passes, please email us here requesting certificate.

• Annual Rental Invoices:
past due payments can be mailed in or left in drop box. No annual
inspections are being conducted at this time.
Please check back later to schedule annual rental inspection(s).
