This Office has completed the OPRA Reqeust that was submitted for 111 Adams Street. Please see the attached
documents pertaining to your request. Please be advised that upon checking Township records, there are no
open construction permits, information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including
permits, remediation reports, environmental reports and information regarding the presence of a septic system (permits,
drawings, survey, etc.) Also, please be advised that the Township does not have any surveys of properties in the
Township.

The request that you submitted is now deemed complete.
