Dear Edison Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
All recordings of the open sessions of the Edison Township Council held tonight (11/13/2024) that have not already been published via livestream on the Edison TV YouTube channel, including but not limited to:
1) the Edison TV recording of the portion of the meeting after the livestream terminated during a recess at approximately 10:20pm, and
2) all recordings made by Councilman Joseph A. Coyle during open sessions of the meeting.
My preferred delivery methods for responding to this request are electronic file transfer, specifically one of the following two options:
1) sharing with my Google Drive account (ckratovil), or
2) sending the file(s) via WeTransfer.com
I would also be happy to accept the recordings as computer files on a CD, DVD, flash drive, or any other medium that we can agree on. Please confirm you have received this request, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this request.

Please see attached link to view November 13ths council meeting. There would be no additional recordings from TV as the cameras and microphones are redirected and turned off during the time of a "recess" being called.
