This request goes back to 12/17/20. I do not have it on the OPRA log did
you ever receive this?

If so could you let me know the status of what happened with it?

If not, could you fill as soon as possible as it may have been accidently
overlooked and never put in for processing. I have no record of this until
today.

Ms. Heimbach,

I've looked into this and first and foremost apologize for the delay and confusion. It appears the request was not properly handled and was not placed for processing. I cannot find an email response which should have gone out to you with the due date from the general box where you submitted the request to. The general box is overseen by multiple staff members which attributed to the confusion during these difficult times.

I have submitted this to the building department for processing which you have also been copied on and ask for a quick turnaround due to the error. I will get back to you as soon as I hear from the building staff.
