Please be advised that a search was also conducted by the Division of
Environmental Health regarding this OPRA request.

There was nothing found that pertains to the information requested. The
absence of any information in a file or the absence of a file on any
property does not indicate the absence of underground storage tank(s),
contamination or any other type of environmental problem.

I am still awaiting a response from the Construction Department and will
forward that response once received.
