Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available.
Your request requires an extension of time until January 11, 2022.
The Planning department stated in the request for an extention the following:
At the same time, while reaching out can we verify that the requestor wants a copy of the entire file? All large site plans included? Large file and these included will probably run around $90 for allcopies, before making all copies on large plotter just want verification from the requestor actual copies of all in the file are being asked for.
