Electronic copy of any Township policy or internal instruction that relates to the disclosure of complainant informaiton. As an example, if a resident complains about another resident's grass, instruction or policy that relates to the type of information is allowed to be released to the public about this complaint. This request includes any instructions (email, letter, formal notice, policy) by department heads or supervisors instructing employees of Howell Township on this topic.
Electronic copy of any email sent or received by Mayor Theresa Berger containing information about the Americans with Disabilities Act or the accommodation requested by Julian Leone, for the period beginning January 1, 2018 through September 15, 2019.
Electronic copy of any email sent or received by James Herrman containing information about the Americans with Disabilities Act or the accommodation requested by Julian Leone, for the period beginning January 1, 2018 through September 15, 2019.

Hi Matthew,
Can you stop issuing letters to my neighbors which categorize my comments
to your office as a complaint? I did not complain to your office and feel
as though this is a personal attack on me for challenging your decision.
My zoning board appeal will be submitted this week.
I would like to submit a complaint about your inspector for telling my
neighbor that I complained about their property. This is a lie and against
Township policy.
I understand that you have a job to do but the actions of your office are
out of line. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
