YTD Hourly Employee Raises

The request was partially successful.

Charlie Kratovil

Dear Dunellen Borough,

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all enabling legislation for, and records or statements sufficient to show all raises given to hourly employees (including but not limited to library employees) since January 1, 2019, including but not limited to retroactive raises.

For each raise, please indicate the individual's name, their initial hourly pay rate, their final hourly pay rate, the date of the raise, the effective date of the raise, and the total amount of any retro pay if the raise was retroactive.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be helpful in clarifying this request.

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Kratovil

Mr. Kratovil,
The union contracts may have new salaries for 2019.  I would need to
check.  I would need to check the Library to see what they have done so
far in 2019.
However, we have just introduced our municipal budget.  It will be adopted
in May.  At that time we will do a salary ordinance and then a salary
resolution, which will contain information in response to your OPRA.
Consequently, I ask that you resubmit this OPRA in early June when we
will know all the employees' salary increases.

Charlie Kratovil

Dear Mr. Robins,

I appreciate your explanation. However, I am only concerned with raises thus far year-to-date.

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil

Your OPRA requests hourly.  For clarification, the DPW are paid hourly.
The police in their union contract are not hourly.
