Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et
seq.), I request all available body-worn camera (BWC) recordings captured
by Glen Rock Police Department officers who responded to the shoplifting
incidents at the CVS located in the Rock Road Central Business District on
August 26–27, 2025. This includes all footage from first arrival, foot
pursuit, tackle, arrest of Michael Hand, recovery of stolen property, and
any related on-scene or follow-up activity.

Non-commercial, journalistic use for a true-crime documentary (Twisted
Intent) YouTube channel on a matter of significant public interest.

Electronic delivery(download link or secure portal).

Please waive fees in the public interest.
