Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
EMS Supervisor Yanci Gutierrez appears to get favored to get as much over time as she wants while others are restricted. In one pay period alone, she worked 4 over time shifts while calling out or submitted vacation days for her regular shifts. Then she picks up overtime with a partner she cannot work with and has other supervisors ask other employees to move their scheduled shifts just to accommodate Yanci and making sure she keeps her overtime shifts.

Therefore we, request her timesheets since January of 2026, reflecting all days she actually worked, days she called out sick, days she used vacation or personal days, and total amount of overtime per pay period she has worked. Again, while other EMS employees are restricted to work no more than 24 hours of overtime because "city hall is complaining", the wife of the administrator doesn't have to follow that rule!
