I am seeking all records for WVRHS “Project Graduation” to include e-mail records, documents, financial disclosures/statements, operating policy, locations, events, organizers, overseers and all parties accountable or involved including any current or past WVRHS BOE members and their direct or indirect involvement in the WVRHS “Project Graduation” program for the years 2018 through 2023.
