Good morning Elizabeth, your request OPRA #23-481 (attached) relates to
the Agreement with Addendum to the 2^nd Amendment (CY-062) that we are
still waiting for NJ Humane Services to sign and return to our office. The
City Attorney has contacted NJ Humane again for the signed Agreement.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that I can release until the Agreement is
signed and returned.
