Attached is the Village Clerk’s Office response to the OPRA Request for
the Mayor’s server log for emails from August 15, 2020 through September
4, 2020.
Note information in the attached documents has been redacted and under the
N.J.S.A.47:1A-1 OPRA Exemptions - in the interest of privacy, it is the
public policy of this State that a public agency has a responsibility and
an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.
At this time, we will consider this request closed and our obligation
satisfied.
