Please produce the Countys written policy of getting injured in the workplace

Mostly interested in employees who were involved in a car accident and suing for injuries claimed from accident but then fall at work and claim they are injured and using same injuries already suing for to stay off from work get paid and then have a Workmans comp claim,

Is their any oversight
