Dear Woodland Park Borough,

This request was made on June 28.

Upon speaking to an attorney who specializes in OPRA, the submission date is recorded as Monday, June 30. Seven business days elapsed on July 10. 45 days from July 10 (plus the weekend) is Monday, August 25, 2025. If no response is received next week, we will file against the Borough in Superior Court seeking the records before deadline.

The request is valid and the records being requested are clearly public records.
