This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Lacey Township Emergency Services for withholding LOSAP qualifications of former members whom qualified in years 2016-2019 so that they can receive funds appropriated by Lacey Township. Actions for doing so are negligent and unjustifiable based on personal issues . And also including, allowing Captain Ray Bendenetti or financial officer from their organization access to contact directly Lincoln Financial to withdraw funds appropriated to recipients . Based on township by laws, recipients are allowed up to 36 months leave of absence before loosing any and all monies prior to being vested. Vested recipients based on 5 years of continued service are allowed up to 36 months of leave as well without having funds withdrawn . I state that the Township of Lacey did not appropriate safety guards allowing anyone from all volunteer services access to contact financial institutions and have money withdrawn. I am requesting that these safety guards in place and all organizations be notified of such .
