I am submitting this OPRA request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. I am requesting: (1) all incident reports from March 13–14, 2011 at 17 Greaves Place, Cranford NJ, related to the death of Pamela Schmidt and arrest of William Parisio; (2) any prior incident reports or call history involving William Parisio or the address 17 Greaves Place; (3) the arrest report for William Parisio, DUI incident, approximately July 2009, Garwood convenience store. William Parisio is deceased. I am a documentary filmmaker conducting research into a matter of public interest.
