Dear Records Custodian — I am submitting this as an OPRA request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. I am requesting: (1) the toxicology report referenced in Prosecutor Romankow’s September 2, 2011 press release regarding State v. William Parisio Jr.; (2) the indictment and case filings in State v. William Parisio Jr., Union County Superior Court, arrested March 14, 2011; (3) all records related to the death of William Parisio at Union County Jail on or about February 17, 2014, including use-of-force reports, internal investigation findings, and the official autopsy. I am a documentary filmmaker. William Parisio is deceased, removing standard privacy exemptions applicable to criminal defendants. I have not been convicted of any indictable offense, will not use records for commercial purposes, and am not seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
