Any Summary and Conclusions Report (or equivalent final IA disposition document) from Internal Affairs investigations where allegations of serious misconduct were sustained against stephen wilde or Christian wilde Serious misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
Excessive force
Dishonesty / false statements / perjury / Brady/Giglio issues
Discrimination or bias
Domestic violence or sexual misconduct
Corruption, official misconduct, or abuse of authority
Any other sustained findings that would qualify for disclosure under Attorney General Law Enforcement Directive 2022-14.
Any sustained disciplinary records, including notices of discipline, final disciplinary decisions, or settlement agreements related to the above, where the outcome included major discipline (e.g., suspension of more than 5 days, reduction in rank, termination) or involved the categories outlined in AG Directive 2022-14.
Any public synopses or reports submitted or published by the cranford Police Department pursuant to AG Directive 2022-14 concerning sustained complaints against stephen wilde or Christian wilde.
Please provide the records with appropriate redactions as required by law (e.g., to protect complainant/victim identities, personal identifying information, or ongoing investigation details). I am not requesting the full Internal Affairs Investigative Report, only the Summary/Conclusions and final disciplinary outcomes that are subject to common law disclosure per the Directive and Rivera v. Union County Prosecutor’s Office.
